Peace in family
As Christians, the source of love, harmony, and togetherness in our family is prayer. This is crucial today as we are finding it even more difficult to function as a unit in our families compared to previous generations. Sometimes with our words and, occasionally, our deeds, we ruin each other.
If we submit to our Heavenly Father knowing that we have received what we have asked for, a simple prayer for family peace may work miracles! In our family, a prayer is a source of love, peace, and harmony.
Our prayer today
“Our Father in heaven, I respectfully submit to you now, asking for peace and harmony in my family. More than anybody else, Lord, you are aware that my family is a gift from you and it is your will that my home be a peaceful place.I believe you don’t want it to be a location where we have to content with fears and anxieties, each day. Assist each member of my family in doing what you would have us do. We are aware that we will always encounter difficulties in this life, but with you on our side, we will overcome them! We surrender to you knowing we will triumph in the strength and might of your will.
Besides my family, I offer prayers for other families in my neighborhood. A lot of families hate returning home from work. They fear this, as home is no longer a haven of safety or tranquilly. They experience insecurity. Assist them in accepting the flaws in themselves. Additionally, teach our children how to be patient and polite to one another. Assist them in discussing their everyday needs, and then present those requirements to your throne.
Father, we are aware that your word commands us to confidently approach your throne of grace in order to obtain compassion and grace to support us during our time of need (Hebrews 4:16).
As a result, we take your promised seriously and will not back down. Through the name of Jesus Christ, we believe that family harmony is achievable. You say that everything is possible! So, convey to us a love that is so unconditional that they cannot comprehend it in their hearts.Encourage us to love despite being wronged. Since love is more than simply an emotion, assist us in demonstrating your love through their deeds. It is who you are at your core! Furthermore, we are aware that “love with conditions” is an illusion. Love with conditions is only concerned when certain criteria are satisfied.
Love that has no restrictions on its fulfilment doesn’t give a damn. Regardless, it loves! I love the way you love to help my family and all families live in harmony. That’s the only sure-fire path to tranquilly. I’m grateful that the Lord heard my request for family harmony. In the beautiful and holy name of Jesus. Amen.”
